Built at a coaching table, not a boardroom.

The Coach Pro Family started the way most coaching tools should — with a coach staring at a binder, a spreadsheet, and a stack of sticky notes, trying to answer a simple question from a principal: So what is coaching accomplishing this semester?

The answer was in there somewhere — in the observation notes, the goal sheets, the data files — but pulling it together took hours that should have been spent with teachers. So we built the system we wished existed: one place for coaching cycles, teacher goals, evidence, and impact.

LitCoach Pro came first, for literacy coaches grounded in the Science of Reading. MathCoach Pro followed, for mathematics coaches grounded in the Science of Math. Both are built on Jim Knight's Impact Cycle, and both are shaped by the daily reality of instructional coaching — the tight schedules, the hallway check-ins, the data meetings that turn into goal-setting conversations.

The Coach Pro Family was built by a state-level coach, former district administrator, and teacher who wanted a platform that was accessible, easy to use, and rooted in science and research — one that puts everything a coach needs at their fingertips for maximum coaching impact.

We're not a big company trying to sell to schools. We're a coach building for coaches — and every feature starts with the same question: does this give a coach more time with teachers?
